The mission of the TCTA is to enhance and promote the common interests of the cable industry in Tennessee.

TCTA provides government relations and public relations support for the cable industry in Tennessee. In this section, you will have access to TCTA's Board of Directors and Committee listings, newsletters and news releases, as well as links to local, state and federal government officials' websites and other industry-related associations. Members will also have access to a password-protected member services area for the latest government relations information.

Founded in 1967, The Tennessee Cable Telecommunications Association (TCTA) serves as the trade association for the cable telecommunications industry in Tennessee.

TCTA represents cable operators and cable programmers, as well as equipment suppliers and providers of other products to the cable industry, before the Tennessee General Assembly, the Tennessee Regulatory Authority, the Tennessee Congressional Delegation, and in local, state, and federal legal and public relations matters. TCTA also monitors legislation on the local, state, and national levels to keep our members informed of current developments.
